Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Smittyverse Applications LLC websites, product pages, waitlists, trials, demonstrations, and related services. By using our websites or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Products and Availability
Smittyverse develops software products including SmittyCRM, SmittyMONEY, SmittyHVAC, SmittyDISH, SmittyPROJECT, SmittySLOTS, and SmittyEVENT. Product availability, features, pricing, licensing, trial length, integrations, support terms, and deployment options may vary by product and customer agreement.
Trials, Demonstrations, and Early Access
Trial, demo, beta, waitlist, and early access offerings may be limited, changed, extended, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. Access to certain business or enterprise products may require a written agreement, seat limits, storage configuration, support terms, and commercial approval.
Licensing and Subscriptions
Commercial use of Smittyverse software requires an active license, subscription, contract, or other written authorization. Different products may have different pricing models, seat limits, tiers, renewal terms, and storage options. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, no feature, integration, price, or service level is guaranteed.
SmittySLOTS
SmittySLOTS is a personal session-tracking and informational tool. It does not operate gambling, accept wagers, guarantee outcomes, predict wins, or provide financial, investment, legal, medical, addiction-treatment, or responsible-gaming advice. Historical results, percentages, trends, notes, and coaching features do not change the odds of any game and must not be treated as a promise of future results.
You are responsible for complying with casino rules and applicable laws, protecting your device and account, verifying your own entries, and deciding whether gambling is appropriate for you. Do not use SmittySLOTS while operating a vehicle or in any way that creates a safety risk.
SmittyEVENT
SmittyEVENT provides event discovery, planning, listing, mapping, calendar, promoter, and support tools. Event dates, times, prices, schedules, locations, availability, eligibility, and other details may change or may be supplied by third parties. You should confirm important information directly with the organizer, venue, ticket provider, or official event source before traveling, purchasing, or making plans.
Smittyverse does not organize, sponsor, control, insure, or guarantee third-party events unless expressly stated. Organizers and promoters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, permissions, safety, accessibility, refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment of the events and materials they submit or claim.
Location, map, distance, route, and calendar features are provided for convenience and may be approximate. You remain responsible for safe travel, lawful access, and independent verification of directions and event conditions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our websites or software, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected code, upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights, or use our services in a way that violates applicable law or harms Smittyverse, our customers, or third parties.
Customer Data
Some Smittyverse products are designed to work with customer-owned or customer-selected data storage. Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup, retention, access control, and internal use of their own data. Smittyverse provides software tools and operational workflow layers, not a guarantee of business, accounting, financial, tax, legal, or operational outcomes.
Financial, Tax, and Business Information
SmittyMONEY and related features may assist with planning, projections, and organization. They are not a substitute for professional financial, tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on forecasts, reports, or projections.
Intellectual Property
Smittyverse Applications, product names, designs, software, interfaces, workflows, documentation, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Smittyverse Applications LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in an applicable license or agreement.
Third-Party Services
Our products and websites may integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, email providers, SMS providers, payment processors, authentication providers, storage providers, and business systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our websites and pre-release materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smittyverse disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Smittyverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages except where prohibited by law or expressly provided in a signed agreement.
SMS Notifications & Consent
Smittyverse Applications LLC may send transactional and service-related SMS notifications to business owners, account holders, promoters, venue representatives, and other contacts who provide a mobile number and consent where required. These messages may support account operation, event-listing maintenance, corrections, support, and other clearly disclosed Smittyverse service communications. We do not sell SMS consent or phone numbers to third parties for their marketing.

- Waitlist and early access signups
- Trial start and expiration alerts
- Subscription and payment events
- Account security notifications
How you opt in
SMS notifications may be enabled by account owners or administrators through the Smittyverse Administration panel, or by a person checking a separate SMS opt-in box in a Smittyverse form such as SmittyEVENT support or promoter contact. The consent box is not preselected. By opting in, you consent to receive the types of messages described at the point of consent at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of basic services.
How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by disabling SMS notifications in the Smittyverse Administration panel, or by contacting us at [email protected]. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS notifications.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
SMS provider
SMS messages are delivered through Twilio. Standard carrier terms apply. Smittyverse does not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
