Smittyverse Applications LLC ("Smittyverse," "we," "our," or "us") builds software products including SmittyCRM, SmittyMONEY, SmittyHVAC, SmittyDISH, and SmittyPROJECT. Some Smittyverse products may support customer-controlled storage options. Where a customer chooses a storage provider or company-owned data location, that customer remains responsible for managing access, permissions, retention, and compliance for that storage environment. Smittyverse provides the software and operational layer needed to use the application.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored by third-party providers.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, respond to requests, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
