Smittyverse Applications LLC ("Smittyverse," "we," "our," or "us") builds software products including SmittyCRM, SmittyMONEY, SmittyHVAC, SmittyDISH, SmittyPROJECT, SmittySLOTS, and SmittyEVENT. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our websites, contact forms, waitlists, demo requests, support requests, and related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
• Product interest, waitlist selections, demo requests, support questions, and messages you submit.
• Account, licensing, subscription, and billing-related information when a product is commercially activated.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and form submission timestamps.
• Application configuration and usage information needed to operate, secure, license, and support our software.
• For SmittySLOTS, casino, machine, session, wager, win/loss, notes, photos, location, and trip-planning information that you choose to enter.
• For SmittyEVENT, approximate or precise device location when you choose to update your location, saved interests, favorites, planned events, calendar actions, event submissions, listing corrections, promoter or organization details, and support communications.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Respond to contact, information, support, waitlist, and demo requests.
• Provide product trials, licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and customer support.
• Send transactional email or SMS notifications related to requests, accounts, trials, subscriptions, support, and system operation.
• Improve our websites, products, security, and customer experience.
• Comply with legal, financial, tax, and contractual obligations.

SMS and Email Notifications

Smittyverse may use email and SMS for transactional and operational communications. Examples include confirmations, support follow-up, demo coordination, trial notices, subscription notices, and internal alerts to our team when a visitor submits a request.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use SMS for bulk marketing campaigns. If you receive an SMS from us and no longer wish to receive messages, reply STOP where supported or contact us at [email protected].

SmittySLOTS Data

SmittySLOTS lets users record casino and slot-session information for personal tracking and analysis. Depending on the version and features used, this may include casinos visited, machine details, denomination, wager amounts, wins and losses, timestamps, notes, photos, and location information. Some data may be stored locally on your device, in storage you control, or in Smittyverse-operated services used for accounts, licensing, backup, synchronization, or support.

SmittySLOTS data is not sold to casinos, gaming operators, advertisers, or data brokers. You control the information you choose to enter and are responsible for safeguarding your device, account, exports, and backups.

SmittyEVENT Location and Event Data

SmittyEVENT uses the location you provide or approve to calculate distances, identify nearby events, sort results, and support maps and directions. Location access is requested through your device or browser. You may decline location access or update the saved location later, although nearby-event features may be limited without it.

SmittyEVENT may store interests, favorites, planned events, search settings, and recently downloaded event information on your device. When you submit an event, request a correction, claim a listing, contact support, or identify yourself as a promoter or organization representative, we may collect the information you provide and route it to SmittyCRM or another Smittyverse system for review, follow-up, and recordkeeping.

Promoter and SMS Consent Records

When a promoter, venue, organization, or other contact separately opts in to SMS communications, we may retain the phone number, consent status, consent wording or version, source, date, and time of consent. SMS consent is optional unless a particular service clearly states otherwise, and it is not a condition of submitting a support request or using basic SmittyEVENT features.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate our websites and products, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, licensing, storage, and customer support providers. Examples may include Cloudflare, Postmark, Twilio, payment processors, Microsoft, Google, Dropbox, and other infrastructure or integration providers as needed.

Customer Data and Storage

Some Smittyverse products may support customer-controlled storage options. Where a customer chooses a storage provider or company-owned data location, that customer remains responsible for managing access, permissions, retention, and compliance for that storage environment. Smittyverse provides the software and operational layer needed to use the application.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored by third-party providers.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, respond to requests, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for business, legal, tax, security, or contractual reasons.
